The Adults’ Programme is designed to accommodate all students, from those who have never had formal ballet training, to those who have studied ballet in the past and wish to resume training.

We provide non-syllabus open classes in the Vaganova & RAD methods and anybody can join the open classes. We believe that it’s never too late to start dancing and we welcome all ages, shapes and sizes! The dress code for adult classes is quite flexible: you can dance in full ballet attire or sweats and a t-shirt – whatever is most comfortable for you. If you don’t have ballet shoes, please bring socks to use for your trial class. Hair should be up and off the face..

Absolute Beginner

No previous knowledge is assumed for the Absolute Beginners Class. It is designed for adults who have not done ballet before and would like to give it a try.
